The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Reed on a mission to find out what happened to his dad–and he’s about to become an emotional mess!
Teen Angst
Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) already battling the adolescent blues and all the drama with JT (Thad Luckinbill) isn’t helping.
His dad turned out to be a monster and then seemingly up and ran away without a care in the world. Poor Reed is crushed and searching for answers as to how and why this all happened so suddenly.
A Frantic Son
Reed wants all the information he can get and turns to Victor (Eric Braeden) with serious questions. He demands to know what went on the night of the attack. He just can’t see his father trying to kill his granddad and needs to know the truth.
Sadly, poor Reed is barking up the wrong tree. Victor’s still pretty traumatized by the whole ordeal and can’t bring himself to speak out. While this should be a moment of understanding, it only causes Reed’s temper to flare.
He even becomes violent and starts throwing things around the room! It’s a shocking situation that leaves Victor’s jaw dropped.
Damage Control
Thankfully, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) shows up to calm her grandson’s nerves. She’s the only person in the room who knows the truth and does her best to talk around the facts.
However, seeing Reed in this much pain breaks her heart and the guilt begins to eat away at her.
Nikki warns her daughter they need to deal with Reed using kid gloves. One slip up and he could figure out their secret–ruining everyone’s lives forever.
