The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, August 24 offer the conflict of Neil explaining relationships to Cane while Jordan and Lily prepare to hit the road. Meanwhile, Tessa comes up with her own plan to rescue Crystal.
Takes One To Know One
Despite his crappy track record, Neil (Kristoff St. John) is somehow under the impression that he has something useful to contribute to the subject of holy matrimony.
Neil explains how life works to Cane (Daniel Goddard), just after Neil’s ex-wife, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) — the one who cheated on him with his son, Devon (Bryton James) — has filled Cane’s head with how he and Lily are never, ever, ever getting back together.
Road Trip!
But Lily (Christel Khalil) is going on the road — with Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood), no less. Now that Neil has thrown a bunch of money Brash & Sassy’s way — OK, he called it a loan, but it was just a way to keep his baby girl employed — Lily’s campaign is back on.
With her favorite photographer.
And that requires travel. Hotel rooms. Close quarters. Late-night dinners. And perhaps a rehash of that kiss they just shared.
How will Cane react to that?

No, not her kiss with Mariah (Camryn Grimes), but the fact that Sharon’s mystery caller turned charity project, Crystal, is Tessa’s long-lost sister.
Sharon (Sharon Case) tracked Crystal to jail, then followed the guy who bailed her out. But it would seem Tessa gets to the thug first.
She wants to know where her sister is.
Though he does not appear to be in the mood to tell her. Or let her continue breathing.
