The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Wednesday, July 5 include Victoria and Cane confronting Juliet, while Hilary and Jordan hit the sheets!
Face To Face: Good
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) decides to settle with Juliet, rather than risk even more of Cane’s stupidity coming out in open court. Now that Juliet is pregnant and it looks like Cane is the father, he can’t really keep on denying they slept together.
Which means Juliet’s (Laur Allen) assertion that Cane coerced her for sex in exchange for a job at Brash & Sassy is seeming more and more likely.
So Victoria is ready to write Juliet a generous check to help the unemployed single mom support her upcoming bundle of joy… and also to go away.
But Victoria has only one more question to ask Juliet first. How very Columbo of her….
Face To Face: Bad
Victoria going to see Juliet isn’t the smartest of moves. But Cane (Daniel Goddard) doing the same thing without a lawyer is downright idiotic.
Has that ever worked out well for him? Has it ever not made matters worse? Much, much worse?
Lily (Christel Khalil), probably mumbling “for better or for worse or for stupid” under her breath, tries to point this out to Cane. Will he listen?
Is Cane simply self-destructive, or is he looking for an excuse to stay connected to Juliet?

Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) have been playing a game of push-me/pull-you since they first met.
First Jordan pushed, and Hilary pulled away. Then Hilary pushed while Jordan pulled back, and so on and so on.
They snarked a bit at the 4th of July pool party, but that’s all forgotten as they head home to get horizontal. Has Hilary really forgiven and forgotten, or is this just her latest attempt to learn more about Jordan’s past with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan)?
