The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Tuesday, February 6 have Genoa City denizens acting out of character, as Billy tries to be the level-headed Abbott, Noah decides to drown his sorrows, and Tessa defends Mariah, for a change.
Do As I Say
All the Abbott children had their roles. Jack (Peter Bergman) is the arrogant womanizer, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is the competent ice-queen, Billy (Jason Thompson) is the screw-up, and Traci (Beth Maitland) is… on recurring status.
So what’s going to happen when everything gets mixed up? When Billy — Billy! — decides to be the mature one and negotiate a peace treaty between Ashley, who is happy to play with fire, and Jack, who has frozen up?
The eldest Abbotts can’t keep fighting forever. They’ve still got Dina’s (Marla Adams) health issues to deal with.
But they sure are going to keep trying to hold out for as long as they can.
Billy better be ready to dig in and stay patient. Which isn’t exactly his strong suit.
Make It a Double!
Things have not been going well for Noah (Robert Adamson). First, his dreams for a chain of musical Underground clubs were undercut by Victor (Eric Braeden). Then, the one Underground club he actually did have burned down, and Nick (Joshua Morrow) declined the opportunity to rebuild.

Turnabout Is Fair Play
So that girlfriend of Noah’s who stole a song. That would be Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). She turned down Mariah (Camryn Grimes) romantically, stole her journal, and tried to pass off Mariah’s work as her own.
But at least she can come to Mariah’s defense when Mariah needs it. That’ll make ’em even. Right?
