The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, May 4 finally have Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis telling the world about their renewed relationship (after Victoria already got an eyeful).
Cane, naturally, uses the personal revelation to undermine Billy’s professional role at Brash & Sassy. Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) challenges Abby over a family matter.

Billy had a careful and well-thought-out plan for how he was going to let Victoria (Amelia Heinle) know about him and Phyllis.
That all came crashing to the ground when Vicky caught the two making out in the elevator.
Now they’re trying to avoid an encore with Jack (Peter Bergman). Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy form a united front and decide to tell Jack together. In person. Without donning fireproof clothing.
Gloria (Judith Chapman) is there, too. This shouldn’t be tense at all….

Remember Vicky catching Billy and Phyllis locking lips in the elevator? Cane (Daniel Goddard) set all that up. Not just for the evulz, but as a way of discrediting Billy in front of Victoria.
He thinks she should can the cheating bum (forget that Vicky and Billy are divorced, ergo said bum is single and free to make out with whomever he wanted). Victoria defends that Billy is a great guy — a great dad!
Cane doesn’t think that’s a good enough reason to keep him around. But firing Billy because of his personal life is on the up and up? Has Cane checked with Human Resources about this?
To Grandmother’s House We Go
For the first part of her life, Abby thought her biological father was Brad. Then Ashley (Eileen Davidson) confessed it was really Victor (Eric Braeden). Now Abby has moved up a generation, and she wants to know why she’s had no contact with her one surviving grandparent, Ashley’s mom, Dina.
The answer seems pretty simple: She didn’t care about me, Abby, she doesn’t care about you.
But leave it to Ashley to make thing more complicated than they need to be….
