The Young and the Restless spoilers are in!

Coming up next week, Chelsea looks to avenge Adam and she starts with Victor. Elsewhere, Billy and Cane come to an agreement and partner up. Needless to say, they cross the line with Jill. Billy also gets an earful from Phyllis and is shocked by what she wants him to do.

In the meantime, Jill also crosses the line when she plots to end Victoria and Travis’s relationship. At the police station, Dylan gets entangled in a new case. And surprise, surprise — Summer visits Luca in jail!
