The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Makes a Pledge to Adam

Stepping Up
Nick (Joshua Morrow) tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that Victor (Eric Braeden) had to show Adam (Justin Hartley) a lesson, placing everything that happened on Victor’s shoulders. Nick decides to visit Adam in jail for a heart-to-heart conversation. More than anything, Adam is worried about Connor since he won’t be around as he grows. He asks Nick if he will be there for his son as the strong male influence he’ll need growing up. Nick pledges his support.

For the Family
Nikki and Victor team up to protect their family. Victor tells Chelsea he’ll do everything in his power to help his son, saying, “Don’t you doubt that for a minute.” But later, Nikki learns the truth – Victor really was behind setting Adam up for murder. Her image of him is shattered once again as she’s unable to fathom the depths he’s willing to go to get what he wants. She decides it’s time for her to take charge.

Turning Things Around
Life has been so hard for Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) since her daughter’s death. She has lived in darkness, nursing thoughts of revenge. Finally coming out the other side, she realizes it’s not healthy for Bella and she wants to change for her. She lowers her guard around Kevin (Greg Rikaart). After all, he was always there for her and Delia and made everything better. Could she fall in love with him again?
