Young and the Restless Spoilers: Max Confesses!

The forensic results proved Stitch’s worst fear on “The Young and the Restless.” His eight-year-old boy isn’t just a problem child; he’s a monster! Now, the final piece is falling into place, and Max is confessing his sins.

After running off from The Athletic Club, Max (Jared Breeze) heads to the one and only place in Genoa City where he feels safe — the lab. He wants the security of having Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) loving arms wrapped around him while he tries to explain what happened, well, at least HIS version of events.

The little man knows he’s backed into a corner, and Mad Max better tell at least part of the truth, so he decides to confess, but in a way that he hopes will swing everything in his favor.

Mad Max tells Ashley that he did make Abby (Melissa Ordway Gaston) fall the stairs, but not because he’s evil. He claims he tripped her so he could get the whole thing on tape and post it online as a joke. She falls, people laugh, it’s was all in good fun. He thought at worst it would embarrass her, not kill the baby.

Poor Ashley takes in the confession with a heavy heart. She knows Max is lying but does her best to act supportive. She then calls Stitch over and tells him the shocking truth.

When Stitch (Sean Carrigan) hears everything from Max, he finally realizes that his son is one very troubled little man. Max is a child full of rage, hurt, and excruciating pain. He needs more than just his dad’s love to get him through this rough patch.

Is this the end of Mad Max’s evil run? Now that everyone knows what he’s done he may not be able to get away with being a bad boy again; that is unless he gets really sneaky.
