The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, September 3 feature a day of suspense and heartbreak as one family is torn completely apart.
After talking about it for weeks, Lily’s sentencing hearing finally starts. Cane, Shauna, and Devon get a chance to say their peace.

Lily’s (Christel Khalil) entire family comes out in force to show their support during her sentencing hearing.
Michael (Christian J. LBlanc) leads Cane (Daniel Goddard) through his testimony, explaining why he kept the truth about Lily running the red light a secret.
Now that she and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) are back together, Shauna (Camryn Hamm) is having second thought about sending his mother up the river for decades. She expressed her concern to Devon, and he pretty much blew her off.
Devon, however, insists on justice for the love of his life, whom he was married to for several hours, after literally years of calling her all sorts of names.
