The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) offer a terrifying hour as Chloe’s suicide leaves more questions than answers.

A Most Horrific Ending
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) thought her nightmare was over when she realized where Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) was hiding, but it just got worse.

Chelsea’s Worst Nightmare
It’s a truly devastating end to the year-long saga of Adam’s shocking and tragic death. His murderer has taken her own life in an attempt to escape justice, leaving Chelsea to pick up the pieces.

Did She Fake Her Death?
However, there is always the possibility she’s not actually dead. Dr. Harris (Ron Melendez) does seem a little too calm when the paramedics arrive to cart Chloe off to the morgue. In fact, he goes out of his way several times to dig at Chelsea making her feel the worse she can over Chloe’s death.

One Last Chance
Could he have Chloe so much she only appears dead but is really alive? It wouldn’t be too hard to slow her heart to a crawl for a few hours and have her declared dead. He has his own connections and Victor (Eric Braeden) on his side.

The Great Escape?
Having Chloe fake her death would definitely throw Chelsea off her trail. They’ll bury what they think is her remains and mourn for her loss without a second thought.

Chloe could then go on with her life and leave her sordid past behind and start again in a fresh, new way.
