The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Will Billy and Phyllis Go Public?

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Wednesday, April 26 have Billy and Phyllis considering taking their relationship public… to the people who’d care the most.

Plus, Hilary has a new plan to make Devon and Neil even more miserable. Let the good times roll!

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back
First, Phyllis decided to wash all men — and her original color — out of her hair. She broke up with Billy (Jason Thompson) and decided to stop holding on to Jack (Peter Bregman).

Then, she decided she wanted to win Jack back, after all. He wasn’t biting, so Phyllis filled her days with sticking her nose into Ravi’s (Abhi Sinha) love life and dressing him up to impress Ashley (Eileen Davidson).

But then, Billy had a bad day, and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) found him back in her bed. Now they’re considering Round Two, but this time without sneaking around.

If Billy and Phyllis are about to go public as a couple, then Jack has to be told. But will Phyllis be the one to do it?

Missed Signals
Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) decided she wanted Billy back right at the same time as he was making out with Phyllis. Billy’s had a rough day. He just found out that he could be Bella’s father — but he’s not. That’s quite the roller-coaster.

Victoria is wondering if he wants to talk about it. Will he limit himself to the disappointment with Bella, or blurt out the Phyllis development, as well?

First, Hilary dallied between Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Devon. Then she cheated on Neil with Devon (Bryton James).

Then Hilary (Mishael Morgan) divorced Devon and asked for GC Buzz as a settlement.

She said it would be enough. Seems it’s not enough. Because now Hilary is taking both her ex-husbands to court!
