The Young and the Restless Recap: Victoria’s With the Band!

The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, April 3 features the arts, as Tessa struggled to find her voice, Jack, Billy, Kyle, and Summer brainstormed about how to expand the Jabot brand, and Victoria checked out the Las Vegas music scene. Plus, Sharon and Rey had more sex, and Devon flirted with Elena.

Vertical Expansion
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) faced the prospect of revitalizing Jabot…with no products. They considered expanding the clothing and shoe line. (Do they have designers for those ready to go? Do they think that, unlike cosmetics, they design themselves?)

Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King) had sex, but she found a photo of Lola (Sasha Calle) on Kyle’s phone. They joined the brainstorming and Summer schooled Jack about cool kid things like social media and unboxing. Now, they’re ready to take on the world!

Hanging Out
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) accidentally got an invite to go backstage with a Las Vegas band and figured, why not? She met singer Brandon (Mitch Eakins) and tried to pass herself off as a free-spirited artist.

He recognized her as Victoria Newman. He gave her his number. When Billy saw Victoria’s photos on the band’s Instagram, he decided it portended bad things.

Dinner and a Show
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) joined Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) for dinner and questioned the married man about dating her mom. Everyone decided on a fresh start. Mariah left and Sharon and Rey had more sex.

Mariah gives Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) her old guitar from the pawn shop. Tessa had a songwriter’s block. Mariah told her to sing one of her old songs. Tessa was unblocked.

Coffee Break
Devon (Bryton James) asked Elena (Brytni Sarpy) out for coffee. It was awkward. They talked through the awkwardness, and Devon asked her again. There was smiling.
