The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, January 30 features Victor turning Victoria’s crises into another example of how wonderful he is, while Katie continued to wander the halls unsupervised, chatting with her mystery friend.
Plus, Summer put on a show for Kyle and Lola, as Kerry and Jack came to an understanding.
If Only I’d Been There
Victor (Eric Braeden) wondered why Victoria (Amelia Heinle) didn’t turn to him when she was being abused by JT (Thad Luckinbill). After all, Victor is the most sensitive, supportive, non-judgmental dad ever.
And all those occasions when he wasn’t, that was just to toughen Victoria up. It was for her own good.
Victoria agreed wholeheartedly, she should have turned to Victor, what was she thinking?
The pair went looking for Katie, and questioned the girl while her mystery friend watched through a closed-circuit camera.
Look Me Over
Fen (Zach Tinker) instantly quit working with Ana (Loren Lott) when Summer (Hunter King) beckoned her little finger and invited him to dinner. Summer also assured Lola (Sasha Calle) that she and Kyle (Michael Mealor) have established boundaries.
Summer flirted and made out with Fen and he suggested they get a room. Summer said, “Sure,” but she had to say goodnight to Lola and Kyle, first. By the time she was done, she told Fen she had a headache. Fen bought a clue and realized she was just using him.
Eggs Over Abbott
Jack (Peter Bergman) told Kerry (Alice Hunter) that if she wants to have children, he’s not the guy for her. Kerry claimed she was just keeping her options open for the future, and it didn’t have to affect their present.
Jack first said no, then changed his mind and said, yes. Let’s see what happens with the two of them.
