The Young and the Restless Recap: Victoria Has An Answer For Billy!

The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, April 19 features Phyllis with a question for Billy — and Victoria with an answer for him. Plus, Rey listened to Sharon then went against her advice, Mariah and Tessa faced a threat, and Devon gave Elena a gift.

Asked And Answered
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) broke up Billy’s (Jason Thompson) proposal to Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Phyllis reminded Billy that he slept with Summer (Hunter Tylo), which was very bad of him, and now she’d like him to make amends.

Phyllis thought a good way for Billy to make amends would be for him to give Phyllis a whole bunch of money to start her own business. So… uhm… Phyllis was charging for her daughter’s services? Intriguing.

Meanwhile, Victoria remembered past moments with Billy. While most people have misty, water-colored memories, Victoria’s were more a steely grey. She remembered the good and the bad and, later, told Billy they have to slow down. But she wasn’t saying no.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) told Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon (Sharon Case) about the rock through the window and wondered what it was all about.

Sharon and Rey had sex and he told her about Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wanting to hire him to find Victor (Eric Braeden). Sharon said don’t do it. Rey said he’s going to do it.

Ana (Loren Lott) ragged on all the perfectly decent dresses Elena (Brytni Sharp) was considering wearing to the restaurant’s opening. Devon (Bryton James) offered to buy her a new dress and Elena stomped off (perhaps to talk to Lola about expensive purses). Ana told Devon that Elena was proud and he shouldn’t insult her.

So Devon offers to lend Elena one of his dead wife’s dresses. Yeah, that’s much better…Oh, Devon!
