The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, September 13 features a day of bad luck with Victor near death, Billy confused, and Tessa with elevated self-esteem.
End Of the Road
Victor (Eric Braeden) called a family meeting to talk about himself. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Nick (Joshua Morrow), Abby (Melissa Ordway), and Summer (Hunter King) were there. Adam (Mark Grossman) arrived later and he and Nick sniped at each other.
They tried to wait for Victoria (Amelia Heinle), but when she failed to arrive, Victor gave Nate (Sean Dominic) the go-ahead to fill them in about his condition.
Nate said that Victor’s symptoms had returned and his medication no longer seemed to be working. (Or, it’s working too well, thanks to Adam’s pill switching.) Victor wanted the family to pull together — for him. And then he collapsed.
Who Am I?
Billy (Jason Thompson) woke up and was unhappy to find himself in the boathouse with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). He didn’t remember trying to kill Adam and he wanted Victoria.
Chloe went to get her and explained that Billy seems to be suppressing the side of him that struck out at Adam, and she’s not sure which Billy Victoria will find when she went to see him. Victoria was prepared for anything.
Strike Out
After Mariah (Camryn Grimes) told Devon (Bryton James) she’s enjoying the challenge of keeping Theo (Tyler Jonhson) at bay, Theo told Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) that her career should be bigger. She should be touring because she’s talented and beautiful.
Tessa assumed he’s coming onto her. Theo said he’s just being honest about his feelings — isn’t that what Tessa claimed she wanted? No games? Tessa told Mariah to fire Theo. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
