The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, October 23 features Jack joining Kyle in committing fraud even as he offered Ashley a truce… and Traci figured out what’s really going on.
Plus, Lily was not enjoying prison. Which, you know, you’re not supposed to.
Shred of Evidence
Jack (Peter Bergman) walked in on Kyle (Michael Mealor) shredding the document Dina (Marla Adams) led him to, which gave Ashley (Eileen Davidson) control of all her Jabot patents.
Kyle explained the situation. So Jack helps him finish the job, even as Dina shrieked.
Later, Jack gave lip service to remorse and told Traci (Beth Maitland) they shouldn’t rush to appoint a new CEO.
Peace Offering
Ashley was trying to explain her side of the story to Abby (Melissa Ordway), who tried to understand but couldn’t condone what her mother did.
Ashley invoked her own lousy mother and sobbed to Abby that she couldn’t bear if Abby saw Ashley in the same light.
Ashley saw Jack at the bar and they had an awkward conversation about repairing their relationship. Jack suggested they both take a break from Jabot for a while.
Meanwhile, a conversation with Dina twigged Traci, and she hightailed it to the Jabot shredder, and it seems it’s not a very good one, as Traci was able to piece the document back together. She gasped!
Glitter Days
Lily (Christel Khalil) dreamed that she was back with Cane (Daniel Goddard), but then woke up to the reality of still being in prison. She rubbed some glitter on her face because jail is no reason not to be fabulous.
Cane and Devon (Bryton James) suggested she could offer beauty tips to the other women. After Devon left, Cane shares another fantasy of being back together with Lily. Which probably wasn’t helpful to her mental state.
