The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, June 27 features Chloe and Adam coming to an understanding, while Kevin remained on the hook. Plus, Jack worried about Phyllis taking over Dark Hose, and Cane wanted to celebrate Traci’s achievement in a big way!
I See Dead People
Kevin (Greg Rikaart) said he found something in Victor’s (Eric Braeden) files that he promises Adam (Mark Grossman) would make Nick (Joshua Morrow) look terrible in the custody fight over Christian. But he demanded to see Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) before telling Adam what it is.
Kevin and Chloe reunited. She and Adam discussed her wanting him dead, but Adam urged Chloe to live her life for Bella — not revenge. He told Chloe he won’t take another daughter away from her by putting her in prison.
Kevin brought Esther (Kate Linder) to see Chloe, and she explains why she has to play dead. Esther insisted on going back to Portland with her. But first, Chloe wanted to visit Delia’s grave…and invited Billy (Jason Thompson) to join her.
After their spontaneous kiss, Cane (Daniel Goddard) told Traci (Beth Maitland) he wanted to celebrate the publication of her book. Traci must be one of those writers who only need one draft, and an editor who can read the book in the space of an hour, have no notes and instantly put it into production.
Who wants to bet it will be printed — complete with an originally designed cover — in time for the party Cane wants to throw Traci? Jack (Peter Bergman) noted how happy his sister seemed, and wonders how Cane was involved.
House Beautiful
Billy worried that Dark Horse holds the leases on Jaboutiques — and that Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is now running Dark Horse. She’s bound to want to take her revenge on them. Jack said Adam is a friend and wouldn’t let that happen. Billy worried that Jack considered Adam a friend. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
