The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, March 6 features Tessa digging a deeper hole for herself – and the women she tried to blackmail, while Summer sets her terms for donating to Lola, and Phyllis continues to look out for number one.
Live and Let Liver
Summer (Hunter King) said she will donate a part of her liver to Lola (Sasha Calle), if Kyle (Michael Mealor) marries her — and stays married for a full year. (Uhm, what will she do if he doesn’t? Rip her share of the live out of Lola’s body?)
Kyle agreed but said he won’t be performing any husbandly duties. Summer didn’t care. She didn’t even care that he thinks he’s still in love with Lola. She said she knows she can make him forget her.
Oh, and no one can know that Summer is Lola’s donor. The reunion has to look real. Still, Kyle wanted to tell Lola about it. (Uhm, isn’t she still in a coma?)
Tessa’s Mess
Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) called Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) to the stand and got her to admit to blackmailing Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Sharon (Sharon Case), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni).
He then pointed out that the video proves nothing beyond a rug being moved, and suggested Tessa was actually the one who killed JT (Thad Luckinbill).
Having Your Phyll(is)
After making a deal with Kerry (Alice Hunter) to hold onto Jabot, Phyllis spilled to Christine (Lauralee Bell) about how Victoria threatened to frame Tessa for JT’s murder.
Christine got Tessa to admit it on the stand. Chris then goaded Tessa into confessing to the time the women kidnapped her. Brittany (Lauren Woodland) prepared to call Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) to mitigate some of the damage.
Later, Phyllis told Tessa she didn’t tell Christine about the kidnapping. Tessa’s confession might bury the women!
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
