The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, December 11 features Phyllis jumping on the possibility of Victor having killed JT, Nikki reaching for the bottle, Reed coming home, and Abby reaching out for help.
Home For the Holidays
Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) returned to Genoa City and wanted to talk to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) about JT’s death. He was thrilled when Victoria (Amelia Heinle) told him JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body was never found, since he thinks that means his dad might still be alive.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), meanwhile, was also thrilled to hear Rey thinks Victor (Eric Braeden) did it, as it takes the heat of her…er, all of the women involved in the coverup.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) struggled to deal with the investigation, the stable fire, Victor going missing, and waking up to find JT’s bloody clothes in her bed. After all that, was it any surprise she finished up Victoria’s wine?
Nikki confessed to Jack (Peter Bergman), who was happy to hear she’ll be going to an AA meeting and offered to go with her.
Brotherly Love
Jack also offered Billy (Jason Thompson) advice about Phyllis, reminding him that he warned Billy not to lash out at her.

Night Life
Having nowhere to go after dark gave Abby (Melissa Ordway) the idea to open a club in her new building. She went to Nick (Joshua Morrow) for advice, but he wasn’t interested and told her to draw up a business plan.
Abby, as usual, took this as a personal affront. Arturo (Jason Canela) played cheerleader, and Abby decided to ask Devon (Bryton James) for his insights.
