The Young and the Restless Recap: Phyllis Outs Sharon!

The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, January 24 features Phyllis defending herself to Nick, Arturo stealing Mia’s thunder, Neil keeping Cane from Lily, and Jack preparing to confront Kerry.

Your Mama
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) admitted to Nick (Joshua Morrow) that she buried JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body, but claimed she did it to protect Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

Nick countered he’d be more likely to believe her if she wasn’t foaming at the mouth to railroad Victor (Eric Braeden) into jail.

Phyllis swore she didn’t torment Nikki with the poker, and why would she plant a gun if she knew that wasn’t the murder weapon?

Then, tired of Nick always believing the worst about her as he puts his family on a pedestal, Phyllis advised Nick that Sharon (Sharon Case) was in on it, too!

Wedding Day Blues
Abby (Melissa Ordway) accepted Arturo’s (Jason Canela) proposal as Mia seethed. She pretended to be excited, then put Arturo on the spot with a best man’s toast. She whined to Arturo, while Sharon admitted to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) that they were never going to happen.

Stay Away
Cane (Daniel Goddard) was incensed that Neil (Kristoff St. John) was taking the kids to visit Lily (Christel Khalil) – without Cane.

Well, Neil wasn’t too thrilled that his son-in-law cheated on his incarcerated daughter. The pair yelled at each other for a while, and Neil told Cane that what happens from now on is up to Lily.

Secret Lives
Jack (Peter Bergman) was prepared to dump Kerry (Alice Hunter) due to her dishonesty about where she was when she told him she was at the lab. Jack confronted her, and she says she was in court, fighting parking tickets. Jack thought it’s so adorable how she isn’t perfect.

Oh, Jack, shouldn’t you be a wee bit smarter by now?
