The Young and the Restless Recap: Nick And Phyllis Are Over Forever… Again!

The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, February 25 features Phyllis shocked that not everyone is happy with the choices she’s made, Rey putting the pieces of Lola’s attack together, and Kyle sneaking in to see Lola.

Benedict Phyllis
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) explained her role in JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) death to her employees. Kerry (Alice Hunter) was supportive. Lauren (Tracey Bergman) was unhappy that her friend is a witness for the prosecution.

Billy (Jason Thompson) was really, really mad, and stomped off to work from home. He was watching the kids while Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is in prison.

But it was Nick (Joshua Morrow) who hurt Phyllis the most. She tried to defend herself, to claim she was trying to help Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) by explaining exactly what happened that night. Nick wasn’t buying it. He wants her gone!

Putting It Together
Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) sobbed over Lola’s (Sasha Calle) bedside and confessed to attacking her – thinking she was Abby (Melissa Ordway). She then arrived home, where Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) walked Mia through all the evidence on Lola’s attacker… and how he figured out it was his wife.

Since Rey is apparently the only cop left in Genoa City, he arrested Mia. But she told him she can’t go to jail because she’s pregnant.

Somewhere, Dana Carvey’s Church Lady is whispering, “How conveeeeeeeeeenient!”

Doctor Is In
Kyle (Michael Mealor) wanted to visit Lola in the hospital, but Rey and Arutro (Jason Canela) wouldn’t allow it. Abby (Melissa Ordway) tried to change Arturo’s mind, but he stood firm. She texted Kyle not to come.

Abby urged her boyfriend to take a break from his vigil, and while they were gone, Kyle snuck in, dressed up as a doctor. He poured his heart out to Lola. Arturo came in and exploded, daring Kyle to fight him.
