The Young and the Restless Recap: Kyle Can’t Stop Blabbing His ‘Secret’

The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, March 27 features Kyle telling everyone everything — even as Summer disagrees.

Plus, Sharon was angry that Paul won’t forgive Rey breaking the law, Devon invited Ana’s family to move in, and Abby was done with love!

Secret Lovers… Is What We’re Not
Kyle (Michael Mealor) promised Summer (Hunter King) he would keep the reason for their marriage a secret.

He told Mariah (Camryn Grimes), who told Summer he told her. He told Lola (Sasha Calle), who thanked Summer and said she hopes they never see each other again.

Kyle took Summer home, where Abby (Melissa Ordway) drunkenly announced that love is a sham and she intends to stay single forever.

When Summer turned down champagne, Jack (Peter Bergman) assumed she was pregnant. So, Kyle told him the truth, too. Jack asked Summer for her side of the story, and she swore that she and Kyle are in love. Jack warned Kyle not to hurt her, while Lola deleted a text from the new bridegroom.

Crime and Punishment
Sharon (Sharon Case) berated Paul (Doug Davidson) for firing Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) when his only crime was lying to his boss, going off on his own, and breaking the law. Paul said he doesn’t blame Sharon and won’t fire her. Sharon quit anyway — in solidarity.

Doctor, Doctor
Devon (Bryton James) invited Ana’s (Loren Lott) dad and nurse to move in with them. After some token we don’t want any charity, they accepted.

Devon decided this gave him the right to question Elena (Britny Sarpy) about her medical credentials. She confessed she’s not a nurse – she’s a doctor. She dropped out of residency because she had a lot of medical school debt.

Elena said Jett pays her as a nurse, and she uses the money to pay back her loans. Because working as a doctor didn’t earn more money and allowed her to pay them off faster?
