The Young and the Restless Recap: Could JT Still Be Alive?

The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, February 4 features the Newmans hitting a wall…literally, as the Newmans found Katie… and a whole lot more.

Plus, Mia and Abby took turns putting each other on notice, Sharon and Rey discussed Victor’s case…and Sharon passed the info onto Nick.

I’ll Be Watching You
The Newmans found a missing Katie in the walls of the mansion…along with a ton of video and audio spying equipment.

Katie told Billy (Jason Thompson) – off-camera, because directing kids is hard – that she’s been playing in there with her new friend for weeks, and she drew a picture of him.

Billy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Victor (Eric Braeden), and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wondered if JT might still be alive, which is certainly possible.

Then, they wondered if he faked his own death. Which sounds… less so. He set it up so that Nikki would hit him over the head, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) would be unable to find a pulse, and the women would bury him? That’s some serious advance planning!

Girl Talk
After having sex with Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) had drinks with Abby (Melissa Ordway)… during which she could talk about nothing but Arturo (Jason Canela).

Mia tried to make Abby feel insecure about giving Arturo what he wanted, while Abby observed that Mia seemed to be of the mind that if she can’t have Arturo, then no one else should be able to have him either.

Mia called Abby insecure. Abby told Mia she’s no threat to her relationship.

Pass It On
Rey told Sharon he intended to put Victor behind bars and convince even doubters like her. Sharon made a beeline to Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) where she fills him in that Rey and Christine aren’t sure they’ll be able to make the charges stick.
