The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, September 10 features Jack jumping to conclusions about who his father is again.
Photo Finish
While he commiserated with Lauren (Tracey Bregman) about Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson) running off to Vegas and ditching work, Jack (Peter Bergman) whipped out the photo he always carries with him now and played “Who’s My Dad?”
Lauren recognized one of the candidates as her father, Neil, but to make sure that Jack didn’t sleep with either Lauren or his other half-sister, Jill (Jess Abbott), Lauren got a handy-dandy blood type calculator and figured out they can’t be siblings.
The other guy in the photo is Stuart Brooks, but since Jack also dated Stuart’s daughter, Peggy, Jack decided Stuart can’t be his father, either. (That’s science!)
So that leaves only one more candidate, thanks to the picture. (More science!)
Dark Matter
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) got a lunch out of Victor (Eric Braeden), who mused he likes Rey much better than Arturo (Jason Canela). Wonder why? Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) doesn’t. Wonder why?
And while Nikki claimed she didn’t know Nick (Joshua Morrow) was throwing a party for the launch of Dark Horse, Rey made yet another mysterious phone call and promised that something is going down tomorrow!
Deal Of the Century
Devon (Bryton James) caught Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) cutting school to be with Shauna (Camryn Hamm). Charlie then whined it’s because he’s upset over Lily (Christel Khalil) being in jail, and made Devon an offer: Charlie will go back to school… if Devon visits Lily.
Money Troubles
Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) asked Sharon (Sharon Case) for an advance on her salary. Sharon said no. When Tessa mentioned JT, Sharon changes her mind – she values loyalty.
When Mariah (Camryn Grimes) found out, Sharon’s questions prompted Mariah to wonder what Tessa really came back to Genoa City for.
