The Young and the Restless Recap: Is Jack Onto Phyllis?

The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, May 30 features Adam front and center, as Esther ran into him, Victoria had an offer for him, Nick warned Rey not to talk about him, and Sharon helped him. Plus, Jack and Lauren suspected Phyllis is behind the Jabot knock-off website.

Madam, I’m Adam
After freaking out Esther (Kate Linder), Adam (Mark Grossman) had a meeting with Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

Nick (Joshua Morrow) turned down Victoria’s offer to team up against their brother but, when he was out of the room, Victoria stole Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Eagan) info from Nick’s phone. Now she offered Adam the digits.

Adam dropped by Sharon’s (Sharon Case) and asked her to call Chelsea for him and break the news that he was alive. Sharon at least left a voicemail.

Meanwhile, Nick hired Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) to work security at Dark Horse… on the condition that he does not tell Sharon the details of what he’s doing. Nick was afraid Adam could then get the info out of her.

China Dawn
Jack (Peter Bergman) showed Billy (Jason Thompson) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) the knock-off Jabot website Ashley (Eileen Davidson) discovered. They scrambled to mitigate the damage, with Kyle taking IT and Jack turning to the legal department.

Jack told Lauren (Tracey Bregman) about what they’re dealing with, and she instantly suspected Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). She didn’t share her suspicions with Jack, though.

After some prodding, Phyllis confesses but insisted Jack deserved it. Lauren pointed out that her friend was hurting Lauren’s business, too, and gave her one day to shut the site down. Meanwhile, the Abbot boys found out the website hosted in China… originated in Genoa City.
