The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, September 10 features the effect of Zoe spiking the drinks at Abby and Chelsea’s opening, as inhibitions were lowered — and lives were put on the line.
Kiss, Kiss
Zoe (Anna Grace Barlow) slipped Molly into the drinks being served at The Grand Phoenix opening. And practically everybody drank them.
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) started making out, which hurt no one. Summer (Hunter King) came onto Kyle (Michael Mealor), which made Lola (Sasha Calle) wonder if Kyle’s ex is still in love with him — and the drugs just brought her feelings to the surface.
Kill, Kill
But while some were just getting randy, the narcotics didn’t mix well at all with Devon’s (Bryton James) meds and this left Elena (Brytni Sarpy) to deal with both him and a whacked-out Nate (Sean Dominic).
Also, Sharon (Sharon Case) got super loopy, kissed Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) — then had a bad reaction to the drugs mixing with her medication for bipolar disorder. Victims were taken to the hospital, where they were treated and pronounced better.
Close, Close
Rey called in the incident, and Paul (Doug Davidson) came close to shutting the whole place down. Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) fretted that this was NOT the kind of attention they were looking for their hotel to attract.
Paul and Rey resolved to find the culprit and first suspect Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), who showed up without an invitation to watch Chelsea and Abby take bows for a project she spearheaded. But Phyllis insisted she would never put Summer in harm’s way.
However, without telling Rey and Paul, Phyllis had her suspicions about who would have no qualms about drugging an entire room of people just for her own jollies. She then called Zoe. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
