The Young and the Restless Recap: The Dreamers of Genoa City

The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, May 31 features a close to the month with a pair of dreamers, as Devon saw Hillary and Adam was torn between two women. Plus, Nate and Abby finally went on their not-date, Mariah had an idea for Tessa, and Sharon made a critical call.

Dream a Little Dream
Sharon (Sharon Case) filled Adam (Mark Grossman) in on what went down between her and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Eagan) before his wife left town. Adam went home and dreamed about who he thought is Chelsea, but it turned out to be Sharon.

At the same time, Sharon was assuring Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) that Adam was more concerned about Chelsea and Conner than he is about Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Christian.

Later, Adam got a call telling him they’ve found Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), while Sharon took a call from Chelsea and prepared to break the Adam news.

Dream Lover
Devon (Bryton James) and Elena (Brytni Sarpy) chillaxed to smooth jazz from Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) record collection and started a dance. Devon kissed Elena… then saw a vision of Hilary (Mishael Morgan) watching them. He babbled an excuse and Elena took off.

Dream Date
Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Nate (Sean Dominic) got to know each other by sharing previous bad date stories. Nate said he wasn’t ready for a relationship before, but he was now. Abby gave him a quick kiss, and Nate smiled.

Dream Girl
Now that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) ruined Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) chance for a recording career with Ana (Loren Lott), they played fashion show to pin down Tessa’s authentic look.

Mariah gave her a top she stole for GC Buzz and they exchanged sweet words about how much they love each other and how wonderful the other is.
