The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, October 11 features Ashley scrambling to control her deteriorating situation, as Nikki, Victoria, Phyllis, and Sharon tried figuring out who’s threatening them, and Lily presented a new side of herself to Cane.

Where There’s Fire, There’s Ash(ley)
Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Jack (Peter Bergman) did some digging and learned that Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) “consultant” is a shell company.

They confronted her, and Ashley claimed she was cleaning up Billy’s (Jason Thompson) mess. Jack was doubtful and asked if she’s being blackmailed.

Ashley decided a good offense is the best defense and went off on Kyle, listing his past bad deeds, and told them both to butt out.

Later, Ashley offered Andrew one final payment and told him she’s recorded all their conversations, so he’s the one who’ll go down if the truth comes out. Andrew didn’t look convinced.

Note Nots
Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), and Sharon (Sharon Case) wondered who sent the mysterious notes, and what their tormentor thinks he knows.

The women suspected Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), but Sharon pointed out they were the ones who told her to get close to him.

Could it be Billy? Yeah, right, from rehab? What about Victor (Eric Braeden)? Nikki insisted he has no motive. They decided it’s an attempt to break them up – and down.

Good Deeds
Lily (Christel Khalil) told Cane (Daniel Goddard) she wanted to help some of her fellow prisoners who are not as fortunate as she is.

Cane was happy to write a check, but Lily said that’s wasn’t enough. Lily admitted she’s changed, but Cane said he will still love her, no matter what.

Later, Esther (Kate Linder) offered some advice and told Cane his family will survive this. Well, that’s all settled then!
