Who Will Help Lauren Turn Her Business Around?

For the first time in forever, Lauren’s department store chain is in major financial trouble on The Young and the Restless.

Sales have been plummeting at Fenmores for months. Although Lauren (Tracey Bregman) originally thought things would turn around during the holiday season, they never did. Now she’s in a quandary, looking for investors to keep the family business afloat while not relinquishing control of it.

It looks like it’s going to be a long, hard road for Lauren. Who do you think will step in and help her turn her business around? Soap Hub polled fans, and here’s what you had to say.

Internet Whiz, Phyllis
Lauren’s good friend Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), is the choice of 86% of you. She’s an Internet wizard, who’s eager to boost Fenmores’ online presence and has the smarts and knowhow to do it. Phyllis has a vast portfolio of working her business magic. Now that she’s employed by her BFF, Lauren, she’ll have an even bigger incentive to succeed. Lauren couldn’t be in better or more capable hands.

Mommy-in-Law Dearest, Gloria
Sometimes, mother or, in this case, mother-in-law, really does know best. That’s why 11% of you cast your vote for Gloria (Judith Chapman). She’s the kind of woman who’s bold and takes chances.
