Who Is Better for Nick on The Young and the Restless?

Since Sage’s death on The Young and the Restless, Nick has been living the single bachelor life.

Fortunately, the guy hasn’t been lonely for company. Nick (Joshua Morrow) does have four children to hang out with, not to mention the rest of the Newman family. Still, the handsome single dad deserves to find love again and be happy in a new relationship.

Which woman do fans believe is the best match for Nick moving forward? Soap Hub posed the question and nearly 4,000 of you responded.

Chelsea
Nick promised Adam (Justin Hartley) he’d look after Chelsea and Connor, and 44% of you would like to see him begin a relationship with his brother’s widow. Since Adam died, Nick and Chelsea have been there for each other, offering support through the tough times.

There’s obviously a blossoming attraction between them, too. That New Year’s Eve kiss they shared was pretty steamy, and you think they’re a perfect match.

Someone New
Some 38% of you believe that Nick needs to find someone new to romance. You’re over his on-again/off-again relationship with Sharon and think they should remain friends. Plus, the idea of him teaming up with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is weird, after the special bond she shared with his brother.

Your hope is that the soap introduces a totally new character, who will find her way into Nick’s heart.

Sharon 
Despite her faults and everything she’s done to Nick in the past, his first love Sharon is the woman 18% of you want to see him with. The duo share two children, Noah and Faith, and will forever be bonded because of it.

No one knows Nick like Sharon (Sharon Case) does and vice versa. They were high school sweethearts and have been in one another’s lives for decades.
