Nick had a rough year on The Young and the Restless, losing first his newborn son, then his wife. He got the son back (sort of; it’s complicated), but the wife is a different story.

As it doesn’t look like Sage will be back from the dead anytime soon (though, this is a soap, anything can happen), it’s time for the handsome widower to get back in the romance game. Sparks flew on New Year’s Eve, and 55% of fans would like to see if they can light a fire. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) won over half the votes for Nick’s heart. And just imagine how hot things are going to get when Nick learns the secret she’s been hiding…

Meanwhile, second place with 19% of the vote went to the vague category of: Other, suggesting that of all the possibilities, you’re having none of them. Maybe someone new can come on the canvas. Or, at least, someone who doesn’t already have a past with a member of Nick’s family.
