Pushing for Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) to leave Genoa City is a mistake Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will live to regret. His drug protocol may not have been perfect, but cutting off the trial altogether is going to have much worse consequences than anyone thought.
The patients are fed up with the lab’s mismanagement of their health care. They’re going after the Hamiltons in a class-action lawsuit that will cost the couple millions! They’re going to make the company pay and pay dearly!

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) suggests Devon (Bryton James) start cutting checks and burying the scandal before it hits the media. She wants to protect everyone’s reputations and sees it as their only option. Money hungry Hilary, on the other hand, wants to fight until the end and keep the money out of those greedy patients’ hands. They all knew they were human versions of lab rats, and there’s no way she and Devon will lose in court.
