I t’s Adam vs. Judge Moxley Round Two, according to “The Young and the Restless spoilers.” Adam’s trial date is set and chances are won’t get any favors this time.
Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) made it clear that she never wanted to see Victor’s (Eric Braeden) prodigal son in her courtroom ever again. Adam (Justin Hartley) was lucky she was merciful last time, but now she has no reason to be kind.
Adam could go down hard if the case makes it to trial. He and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) must work hard to get Nick (Joshua Morrow) to help clear Adam’s name and prove he’s been set up.
Adam’s freedom and the Newman family future solely depend on people who hate him. Nick refuses to sign off on exhuming Constance’s (Sally Kellerman) body for another round of invasive tests, while Moxley is just waiting to get her hands on him again. He needs a last minute Hail Mary move to prove his innocence.
Chelsea knows they only have two options. They either make a break for it and run or they fess up about Adam fathering Christian to prove Sage wasn’t the saint that Nick thinks she is.
Will Adam find a way out of this mess? He better hope so or he could land in a cell right beside dear old dad.
