Sage’s diary has a secret about Adam (Justin Hartley) that no one expects. Upcoming “Young and the Restless Spoilers” reveal Sage wrote he committed a murder!
But, who did Adam kill and what did Sage (Kelly Sullivan) know that no one else did?
One popular theory is Adam murdered Gabe Bingham. Was Gabe killed by Adam when he was trying to save his life? Is that really how Adam got Gabe’s face? If he caused Gabe’s demise, why would Sage help him instead of turning him over to the police?
A big part of Sage’s past is still a mystery, so perhaps Gabe and Sage weren’t as close as she wanted everyone to believe. It always odd she would allow someone to take on Gabe’s identity if she loved him so much.
Could it be Adam killed Constance (Constance Bingham) after she realized he took over Gabe’s life? Constance despised the Newman family and would happily take them down after discovering such a big scandal.
Or, Did Adam tell Sage about the murder he committed years ago at the masquerade ball? Back in the day, Adam needed a way to disappear and fake his death. He met Richard Hightower (Jay Huguley), who desperately needed a bone marrow transplant, which he gladly provided. Later, Adam invited Richard to the Genoa City gala, stabbed him, set fire to the club, and left him for dead.
The transplant gave Richard enough of Adam’s DNA that his body got identified as the missing Newman. Adam was eventually caught and brought up on charges. However, he was never brought to justice.
In the coming weeks, the truth about Adam’s past will come to light. Will her journal prove that Adam is nothing but a stone cold killer?
