Young and the Restless Fans Still Think Nick is the Dad!

It seems that no matter how many times Adam (Justin Hartley) claims that he’s the father of Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) son, some “Young and the Restless” fans still aren’t fully convinced.

Soap Hub wanted to see just how many of our readers are still on the fence about Christian’s paternity, so we took a poll. It seems that viewers are split almost right down the middle about who the baby’s daddy is.

Out of nearly 7,000 votes, 50% of you still think that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will turn out to be Christian’s daddy. Adam may think he changed the results, but you think that something bigger’s going on.

One popular theory is that because Adam and Nick are brothers, the DNA test may not be clear. We have to remember the tech thought he was checking Gabe Bingham, not two Newman brothers. You’re sure a new test will reveal the truth and Nick will end up with the son he thought he lost all those months ago.

Trailing closely behind is the nearly even 48% of fans who can’t believe this is even a question. Of course, Adam is Christian’s daddy! Why would Adam admit he switched the results if he wasn’t completely sure? Even Sage admitted she knew the truth in her final letter.

The final 2% of you are sick and tired of all this “who’s the daddy” nonsense on Y&R. It seems that no baby can be born without a paternity fight. This storyline is already dragging out longer than it should and adding another element will make it worse.

Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Share your thoughts, leave a comment in the section below. Additionally, for more  The Young and the Restless spoilers updates, recaps, and news, go to Soap Hub’s Facebook fanpage and join the conversation about all your favorite soaps!
