Wild Y&R Speculation! What if Traci’s Not An Abbott But Jack Really Is?!

Things are getting wild and crazy on The Young and the Restless (YR). Dina’s cheating scandal is turning the Abbott’s family’s world upside down.

One Test Could Chance Jack’s Life
Jack’s (Peter Bergman) sense of self is wrapped up in being his father’s son. He’s proud of his heritage, his family company, and being the one to carry on the family name. However, all that’s about to come crashing down as the DNA results show he’s not really an Abbott after all.

A False Negative
However, there’s one small twist Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) weren’t counting on when they carted the sample to the hospital. If Ashley’s not an Abbott and Jack’s paternity is in question, what makes them 100% sure Traci is even an Abbott?

Traci’s Not Realy John’s Daughter?
Dina’s (Marla Adams) affairs went on through her entire marriage to John. From start to finish, there were other men in the picture. Some she loved, some she relied on, and some were just random one-night stands. There’s a very good chance Traci wasn’t John’s child either.

With Dina not really remembering Traci at all, there’s a strong possibility she’s not very connected to that time in her life.

Traci came along during a time she and John were truly growing apart once and for all.

All the DNA would really prove is Jack and Traci don’t have the same father but that could mean many things. One of them could still be an Abbott – which gives Jack a strong chance to retain his powerful stance in town.

There’s Only One Way to Be Sure!
This could be Jack’s only saving grace in this entire turn of event. The only way to be really sure is to test his DNA against the only person everyone is sure is John’s son – Billy!
