Whodunnit? Who Really Killed Amanda’s Father On The Young and the Restless?

After grumbling and threatening Amanda unless she stayed out of his business, Victor suddenly got chatty on The Young and the Restless. Amanda still thinks that her father’s involvement with bribing *somebody* at Newman Enterprises lead to his being killed – whether or not her grandfather Sutton did it.

Victor, instead, stunned Amanda with the bombshell that Rick came to him looking for his child, whom his girlfriend had given up for adoption. Victor, humanitarian that he is, of course, helped him. He gave him the name of a private investigator and told him to go look for his child, Victor would have his job waiting for him when he returned. Because that is totally the kind of guy Victor was back then.

It’s a heck of a story, but does it have anything to do with who really killed Rick? What over 3,000 experienced soap watchers had to say:

Living On the Edge

A majority 44% of the audience would like to remind that this is a soap opera, which means the odds of Rick actually being dead are already pretty low. He’s likely hiding out somewhere for some reason… connected to Victor (Eric Braeden). As all things are.

The Grandfather Did It

A much smaller 28% of you have all the confidence in the legal system. If they say Sutton (Jack Landron) did it, then Sutton did it. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) should accept it and move on. Her grandfather killed her father. Is she still excited to learn more about her family?

Whatever

An indifferent 18% think it was someone we don’t know. Which will make it pretty tough to ultimately care when the truth comes out.

Big Man
