Who Did This Smushed-Faced Little Darling Grow Up To Play On Soaps?

 Comments

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but we wonder what good is a picture when you can’t recognize the subject? Above is a snapshot of a future star of soaps, but can you guess who this smushed-faced little darling grew up to be?

Star Of The Soaps

Obviously, this young woman (now all grown up) is either currently starring in, or is an alum of, one of the four remaining daytime dramas – The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless – but that’s probably not enough of a hint.

So try these on for size. She is a native of Plano, Texas. She has been acting professionally since the age of 12. She spent a week working as a guest model on The Price Is Right. She is well known in gaming circles for her work as a voice-over artist. She is a fitness and yoga enthusiast. And she is romantically involved with a fellow daytime soap opera star.

But just who can she be? Is this a photograph of Denise Richards (Shauna Fuller, BB), True O’Brien (ex-Paige Larson, DAYS), Kirsten Storms (Maxis Jones, GH), or Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra, YR)?

Denise Richards

Richards did indeed appear on The Price Is Right as a showcase model – but only for one day. And since the actress was born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois, and didn’t launch her performing career until well after her high school graduation, it’s safe to say that she isn’t today’s featured star.

True O’Brien

When she is acting, O’Brien does enjoy working out, kickboxing, and doing yoga. And she’s been involved with her former DAYS co-star Casey Moss (ex-JJ Deveraux) since 2015. However, O’Brien has been working steadily in the entertainment business since the age of 5, and she hasn’t appeared on The Price Is Right or given life to a video game character, so she isn’t the answer to today’s identity query.

Kirsten Storms

And neither is Storms. Though she shares a daughter with former GH co-star Brandon Barash (ex-Johnny Zacchara, now Jake on Days of our Lives), Storms is neither a Texas girl nor has she ever appeared on The Price Is Right.

Courtney Hope

Hope’s resumé begins with a guest appearance on Walker Texas Ranger in 2000 – the year she turned 12. And while soap opera fans know her for her work as Sally Spectra, gaming aficionados recognize Hope for her work as Beth Wilder and Jesse Faden in Quantum Break and Control respectively.

So, if you guessed that the future star of soaps seen in the image above was Courtney Hope – who spent a week in October 2019 posing alongside the potential merchandise that The Price Is Right contestants stood to win – then you were absolutely correct!
