Whether Vane? Could Victoria and Cane Be A Couple on The Young and the Restless?

On The Young and the Restless, everyone knows Cane and Victoria can’t stand each other. Which is why no one would ever suspect them of locking lips. Not even Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

And yet, it happened. While discussing Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) running down Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) (mmmm, sexy) – Cane and Victoria spontaneously kissed. Then they swore never to mention it to anyone ever.

The next day, Cane was blabbing to Jill (Jess Walton) and contemplating telling Lily (Christel Khalil). Jill shut him down, but Cane is not known for his listening skills.

Plus, Lily still has many months on her prison sentence left. Cane isn’t known for his ability to be alone, either. Could Cane and Victoria hook up? Should they? Over 15,000 fans had some pretty strong opinions!

Stay Away
It’s a near-landslide, as 91% voted no, neyt, nien, never, uh-uh, blech. In other words, no Cane and Victoria! He’s married, for goodness sake, and dreaming of coming home to her husband and kids is what’s keeping Lily sane in jail! He owes it to her to stay faithful.

Meanwhile, Victoria is inching closer to Billy (Jason Thompson), who’s already announced he wants them to reunite.

She’s also keeping a secret about helping Nikki, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), and Sharon (Sharon Case) bury JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) body. In other words, Victoria isn’t thinking straight. Hooking up with Cane won’t help.

Good Deal
On the other hand, 9% muse, Cane is good in a criminal emergency. He bought tickets to spirit himself, Lily, Charlie, Mattie (Lexie Stevenson), and Invisible Baby Sam to Australia in order to keep his wife out of jail.

Lily balked. But Victoria may soon need such a service. And she isn’t nearly as upstanding. She is Victor’s (Eric Braeden) daughter, after all.
