Poor Billy thought Phyllis returned to the club on The Young and the Restless to tell him she wanted to give their love another try. Boy, was he wrong.
That doesn’t mean Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) isn’t still drawn to Billy (Jason Thompson), despite the fact she’s with Nick (Joshua Morrow) now. But, what Phyllis realized is that it would make her a bad mother to Summer (Hunter King) if she were to take him back after what he did to her.
