Fortune And Fame: Was That All Tessa Wanted From Noah On The Young and the Restless?

Noah’s not in a trusting mood these days after learning that his half-sister has feelings for his girlfriend on The Young and the Restless. Not only did Mariah not tell Noah about her feelings, but neither did Tessa. Why?

True Love Wins Out
Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) has the benefit of the doubt by a hair. The majority of you, a bit over 51%, feel that Tessa truly does love Noah (Robert Adamson). She may not have told Noah about his sister having feelings for her, but Tessa may have felt they were no big deal.

The two women shared a kiss that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) initiated and lots of supportive, emotional talks, but no more than that. Most of the relationship was in Mariah’s mind and heart, sadly.

Wicked Ways
The rest of you, 48.9%, feel that no, Tessa doesn’t love Noah.

You may feel it was awfully convenient of Tessa not to talk about Mariah’s kiss with either Mariah’s beau Devon or her own boyfriend Noah. Tessa comes off as a free-spirit, who may be more used to such moments as Mariah’s kiss than Mariah herself is.

If it wasn’t a secret, why not refer to it in passing. “Oh, Noah, I think your sister is ‘questioning.'” Tessa could have said to her boyfriend.

Mariah’s Story
Mariah and Tessa’s relationship has mostly been about Mariah questioning who she is and what she wants in life, and less about whether or not Tessa is open to dating her or if she exclusively prefers men.

We know Tessa’s a great singer and appears to have a good heart. But we haven’t really learned what she wants out of life. Perhaps now that she’s facing some challenges, we’ll learn more about Tessa and what her story is.
