The Young and the Restless
Once upon a time a Phyllis and Jack were both in Victor’s office working together on The Young and the Restless (YR).
In pain, a pregnant Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) struggles through her workday and even stands up for herself with Jack (Peter Bergman) about images of Sharon (Sharon Case) for an ad campaign she’s working on.
Claiming he thought he heard a bear in the office, Jack attempted to give Phyllis extra time off after her baby comes, but he really conspired with his girlfriend at the time, Sharon, to get Phyllis out of the way.
Fortunately for the mother-to-be, a misdelivered package tips her off to the details of Jack’s little plan and she calls him out on it — letting him know she’ll be back ASAP after the baby’s birth.
In the clip, news of Devon’s arrest for Carmen’s murder also hits, and Phyllis blames Dru for the murder, which leads to an argument between Sharon and Phyllis.
Despite her obvious pain, Phyllis still manages to get the job done in the clip above. Do you remember these days in Genoa City? Do you think they miss Summer these days?
