These two have a long history of bad blood. While both Victor (Eric Braeden) and Billy (Jason Thompson) love Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in their own ways, they don’t love her enough to fully bury the hatchet.

Although The Moustache has managed to temporarily break up this couple over the years, he’s never been fully successful at destroying their bond. Of course, now Billy and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) live together, but Billy Boy Abbot clearly still has feelings for the mother of his children.
