Several years ago, Cane “died” on The Young and the Restless (YR), but Lily kept seeing him.
“Cane” (Daniel Goddard) stepped in and took a bullet meant for Lily (Christel Khalil) and the twins when cattle rustlers – who Cane had narced on – from Australia and tracked him down to make him pay.
Ultimately, it turned out that Cane’s twin brother Caleb actually died from the gunshot wound, but before Lily realized, she thought that Cane’s ghost haunted her. At first, she wanted to spend her time in what she thought was a make-believe world where her husband lived.
In time, though, she believed she was losing touch with reality. In these stunningly raw scenes above, Lily actually commits herself because she thinks she’s gone crazy after Cane’s death.
