Since this interesting behind the scenes footage from 1991, things have changed dramatically in Genoa City. In fact, There’s a whole new Newman Ranch set on The Young and the Restless (YR).
If you miss the older sets, then you’ll truly love checking out this unique piece of Y&R history in the second half of the video above. Eric Braeden (Victor) and Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) record a scene, and you get to see the sets in all their former glory.
The first part of the video shows the filming of a scene of the con artist, David Kimble (Michael Corbett) breaks in through a window.
There’s no doubt many things have changed both in how the show is filmed these days and also with the sets. However, the drama is still the same.
