Victor’s Determined To Teach Nick A Lesson On The Young And The Restless!

Victor’s all about “tough love” on The Young and the Restless (YR), with an emphasis on “tough.” The mustached mogul is going after his estranged son, Nick, where he thinks it will hurt him the most — his wallet!

According to the October 9 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Victor’s pulling out all the stops to put Nick (Joshua Morrow) in the poorhouse!

Father Dearest
Unbeknownst to Nick, Victor (Eric Braeden) has been conspiring with computer hacker Kevin to drain Nick’s accounts of their funds. Nick’s son, Noah, has been pushing his dad to accept help from Victor, but Nick’s having none of that.

“Nick is adamant that they’re doing this their own way, which means he and Noah are going to deal with everything,” Morrow tells the magazine. “Nick isn’t surprised by his dad’s methods and sees that Noah’s being sucked in, so he’s telling his son, ‘It’s not happening, get over it.'”

The Root Of All Evil
Later, Nick’s going to get a shock when he goes to take care of some bills only to find out that his account is empty. Does he suspect that his own father, despite their differences, would go this far? Tune in to find out!
