This week on The Young and the Restless, beloved character Neil Winters will pass away as part of a momentous storyline that also honors the work of the late Kristoff St. John.
It’s already been reported that Shemar Moore (Malcolm) will be back for a few episodes so that Malcolm can bid farewell to his brother. Now, it turns out that Julia Pace Mitchell (ex-Sofia) and Leslie (Angell Conwell) will be returning to pay their respects to Neil.
Mitchell had joined YR in 2010 and Sofia became embroiled in a triangle with both Winters brothers. She moved to New York with Neil’s son, Moses, and a while back, Neil visited her to help her recover from an accident and care for Moses.
Conwell also first made the YR scene in 2010; Leslie also dated Neil, but the relationship only went so far. She did pop up last year as Juliet’s (Laur Allen) lawyer in her wrongful termination suit against Brash & Sassy.
Both actresses will appear on the episode airing Thursday, April 25. And Mitchell will be sticking around for one more day, airing on Friday, April 26.
Kudos to YR for bringing back both familiar faces as the show pays tribute to the beloved St. John.
The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
