Good news for fans of The Young and the Restless! Fan favorite and Emmy-winner Jess Walton is returning for more episodes as Jill Foster Abbott Atkinson!
Walton made the announcement on Twitter that she’s currently back shooting additional Y&R episodes. It appears she’ll be working with TV son Jason Thompson (Billy) as he appears in the photo with Walton.
As long-term Y&R fans know, Jill is an original character from Y&R. She was in the show’s original bible and debuted in the show’s premiere weeks.
Walton has been recurring with the show for a few years, but she popped up not too long ago to give Billy advice on what to do with his life. There’s no word yet if Jill will be alone or whether she’ll be with her rascally husband Colin, played by Tristan Rogers.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
