The Young and the Restless (YR) cast can testify to the old adage that absence makes the heart grow fonder. Actors from the show are elated that their co-star, Kristoff St. John, is back at the top-rated soap!
Daniel Goddard (Cane) offered a hearty welcome back and documented it on Instagram, with a snap of himself, St. John (Neil), and a beaming Eric Braeden (Victor).
“The look of joy on Eric’s face really says it all!” says Goddard.
St. John took a leave from the show last year after personal issues. He seemed to disappear for a while, but then returned to the social media world with words of hope, peace, and positivity.
His absence was explained by saying that Neil had gone to the east coast to take care of his son Moses after his mother and Neil’s ex, Sofia (Julia Pace , had been in an accident.
Presumably, Sofia is now back on her feet as Neil is due to pop up on-screen sometime in April. Stay tuned for more details on St. John’s highly-anticipated return to Y&R!
