According to published reports, the soap is going to put romance centerstage once again.
The Newmans: Victor (Eric Braeden) once again is keeping big secrets that can destroy his company. What will he do to protect what’s his?
Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) are determined to make their rekindled relationship work, but will the secret Sharon’s keeping over what REALLY happened J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) come between them? Lies seem to get in their way all the time.
Devon and Hilary: This couple’s summer will be less angst-ridden and more light-hearted as they figure out if being together is the best way to parent together.
Devon (Bryton James) will finally throw caution to the wind with Hilary (Mishael Morgan), but it might be a decision he regrets once again.
Billy and Phyllis: Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni) life will be turned upside down this summer (perhaps by Summer, the returning Hunter King!) and Billy is not going to like it one bit.

Also, Abby (Melissa Ordway) finds herself more and more drawn to Arturo (Jason Canela). Maybe Arturo shouldn’t be keeping it in the family when he learns things the hard way.
The Ashbys: Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) grow closer as they parents two teens. Meanwhile, Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Shauna (Camryn Hamm) end up becoming a young couple to watch.
